Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be required to wear a mask to enter?

Yes, you will be required to wear a mask per CDC guidelines.  We will be taking temperatures and anyone over 100 will not be permitted. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/global-covid-19/index.html

Will the actors be able to touch me in 2020?

No, unfortunately we had to implement a No Touch policy.

Is there anything that might upset me in the haunt?

Please note that we play on real life situations and fears that might be offensive to some and/or might be something that has affected your life in a negative way.  I would caution you that you might encounter this and please refrain from touching our scare actors & sets.  Ask an actor and they will escort you out.

I see amusement ride signs posted, is this a ride or a walk thru attraction?

It’s a walk thru attraction.  We are licensed & registered haunted attraction with the department of agriculture and inspected in accordance with the PA Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards.

Do you use fog, strobe lights, and other special effects that might bother my allergies, heart condition, etc?
Yes, all the above.  If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, etc this attraction is not recommended for you.  We will not be held responsible for injury or loss.  We have the right to refuse entry to a customer.

How old does a child need to be and/or is it okay for younger kids?
We have no age restrictions so long as the child wants to go through on his/her own will with no one forcing them through.  All kids are different.   Please use appropriate judgment. You MAY NOT carry a child for safety reasons.

Does your attraction have security?
,Yes, please refrain from bringing any guns, knives, etc.  You will be waned and asked to return it to your vehicle.  Our attraction has a fully-trained security staff that keeps things running smoothly.  We seldom, if ever, have a problem that actually requires security but we have it available for crowd control.

Can we be thrown out for any reason?
Yes.  We do not allow smoking (including vaps), foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc.  We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your own safety.  Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.

Do you have more than one attractions & do I have to go through both?

Yes we have two attractions available this year.  No, you can purchase tickets to one or both.  See ticketing information page for details.

Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
No.  Haunted houses are dark and everyone, especially the actors, gets adjusted to the low light.  When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience but you are hurting the actors’/customers’ eyes.

What can’t we bring with us to your haunted houses?
No pets, weapons, alcoholic beverages, costumes, cameras, cell phones, or handbags.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash at the ticket booth only.  No advanced tickets sales/online sales.   We do have an ATM onsite.

Are you open if it rains?
Absolutely!  We will provide tents for coverage outside if it rains and our attraction is all indoors.

Is your attraction handicap accessible?

Our attractions are on the 2nd and 3rd level and are not handicap accessible.  However our que line area have decorations and actors that will interact with everyone.

How long does it take to go through?
It depends on how fast you travel through the attraction.  Enjoy it, there is lots to see.
